Processing Time

The processing time depends on the size and complexity of the artwork. Generally, We have a one-week waiting period (could be more or less) after that we will be able to dispatch it. 

 

Estimated Shipping Time

 

  1. India- 5 to 7 Days
  2. Internationally- 10 to 14 Days
  3. Digital Downloads within 1 day after purchase

 

Shipping Cost

 

  1. India- Free shipping on orders above Rs 999
  2. Internationally- 15 USD on cards and 25 USD on frames

Other questions

  1. Returns or exchanges are only valid on Non-customised products. 
  2. Returns or exchanges are valid on customised products if the product is damaged. In that case, kindly contact us within 24 hours. we’ll try to fix it ASAP or else you can have a replacement or full refund. 
  3. Cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing the order
  4. Buyers are liable for return shipping expenses.
